My stay at Wharf Cottage was simply perfect. From the moment I arrived, Jo, the friendly and helpful staff member, made sure I felt welcomed and comfortable. She guided me to the property, even though it was quite dark due to the lack of streetlights. Jo patiently explained everything about the property and provided me with a cup of coffee to unwind after a long drive. The cottage itself was modern and clean, with all the necessary amenities. I was pleasantly surprised by its proximity to Ironbridge, making it a great base to explore the area. In the morning, I took a leisurely walk around the village, soaking in the charming atmosphere. Although I wish the hot water filled the bath a bit faster and the steps up to the property were less steep, these minor inconveniences didn't outweigh the overall fantastic experience. I highly recommend Wharf Cottage for a memorable stay in the beautiful Ironbridge Gorge. I highly recommend this property for a longer stay or even a short getaway.

The location was amazing, right in the heart of the action. It was so easy to explore all the attractions in the area without having to drive too far. Plus, meeting Jo was a highlight. She was super friendly and gave us all the information we needed to make our stay comfortable. the facilities were also great - modern and clean, just like they should be.
I have to say, it took forever for the hot water to come through the pipes. I mean, I practically grew a beard waiting for it to fill the bath.
